(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday March 19, 2011 at 4:55 a.m., a Perth County OPP officer stopped a car on Barber Ave. in Listowel and gave the driver a breath demand when the odour of an alcoholic beverage was detected on his breath. The driver provide a breath sample with a reading of blood alcohol concentration under the legal limit but over .05 The 20 year old male driver from Minto Twp. was issued a 3 day drivers licence suspension.
