(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – A 56 year old male driver from London is now without a driver’s licence for the next three days following a traffic stop on June 11, 2013. Just after 4:00 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a grey Chevrolet Silverado travelling on Parr Line near Community Centre Road.
A traffic stop was completed to check on the vehicles’ dark window tinting. Upon speaking with the driver the officer noticed the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening test was completed and the driver registered a warn range reading. He was served with a three day driver’s licence suspension and a ticket under the Highway Traffic Act for Colour Coating Obstructing View”. His vehicle was also towed from the scene.”
