(HURON EAST, ON) – On January 23, 2013 just after 11:30 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer observed a grey Toyota operating on Huron Road west of Harpurhey Road. The officer noticed the Toyota had a burnt out front headlight. Upon speaking with the driver officers also discovered the driver was in possession of an illegal drug.
As a result, Richard DUCHARME, 50, from Central Huron has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. He has a court date scheduled for Ontario Court of Justice- Goderich on February 25, 2013.
