On December 3, 2015 at 10:50 a.m., the Guelph Police went to Chancellors Way to investigate the report of a single motor vehicle into a pole. Police spoke with the male driver and determined that he was impaired and he was arrested.
Bryant Simmons, 20 years of Toronto, has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80mg. He will appear in court on January 15, 2016.
