(GODERICH, ON) – On June 3, 2012 at approximately 10:10 p.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped the driver of a blue Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck on Maitland Avenue for pulling a trailer with no red light to the rear.
Upon speaking with the male driver, the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. Further investigation revealed the driver had a suspended driver’s licence. As a result of the investigation, Brian SINNAMON, age 26, from Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 milligrams of Alcohol, Drive While Suspended and No Red Light at Rear of Trailer. A court date is scheduled for September 10, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension. LP12150572
