(BRANT TWP, ON) – On July 4th, 2012 at 7:49 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a Black Saturn that was “all over the roadâ€Â. The vehicle was located on Concession 2, Brant Township and the driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 51 year old Brian NOGLER of Walkerton has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in provincial court on August 20, 2012 to answer to the charge.
