(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 18th, 2010 at 11:30 pm, South Bruce OPP officers were conducting R.I.D.E. on Russell Street at Olde Victoria Street in Kincardine. A vehicle stopped at the R.I.D.E. checkpoint and officers determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 19 year old Brett PARSONS of Kincardine has been charged with Young driver – blood alcohol above zero.
