(TIVERTON, ON) – On January 6th, 2012 at 1:50 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along King Street North, Tiverton, stopped a Red Ford pick up. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 54 year old Brent NEWNS of Bruce Township has been charged with Operate Over 80 Milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on February 27th, 2012 to answer to the charge.
