(Ottawa) On Sunday January 4th 2015, the Ottawa Police Service SexualAssault and Child Abuse Section charged an Ottawa man with two counts of Indecent Act and one count of Mischief.
On Saturday January 3rd 2015, shortly after 3 pm, the Ottawa Police responded to the Kanata Leisure Centre located at the 1 to 100 block of Aird Place in Kanata, after a report of an adult male masturbating in the male change room area, near a 10-year-old boy. The suspect male fled the building after city staff initiated a ‘lock down’ of the facility. There were no physical injuries.
Brent DAGENAIS, 34 years old, of Ottawa was arrested a short distance away by responding police officers. He was released from court today after a Show Cause Hearing, with conditions to protect the community.
