Brennan HOGAN – Drunk Driving

(GODERICH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 26 year old male driver with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. Shortly before 10:00 p.m. on August 10, 2013 a black Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck entered a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) checkpoint located at Waterloo Street North and Caledonia Terrace. Upon speaking with the driver it was noted he had been drinking alcohol. The driver was also displaying several signs of impairment. Officers also spotted an open container of alcohol inside the truck. He was arrested and transported to the Huron OPP detachment for breath tests. He provided two samples of his breath; both were above the legal limit.

Brennan HOGAN, 26, from Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh has been charged with Impaired Driving and Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on September 16, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
