(Ottawa) Today, the Ottawa Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) has laid additional charges against Brendan David CLARK, 31 years old, of Ottawa in relation to Child Luring following the ongoing investigation into his online activities.
He was charged with:
Luring a Child under the age of 18 via Computer x3
Possession of Child Pornography x3
Making Child Pornography x3
Distribution of Child Pornography x 1
He is scheduled to appear in court today.
ICE investigators examined Clark’s computer and found pornographic images of young persons (approx. 12-16 years old) and are concerned that there could be further victims within the Ottawa area.
