As a result of investigation, two young persons, one from Woolwich and one from Kitchener (previously from Woolwich) have been charged with Break and Enter, Mischief over $5000, Theft under $5000 and Possession of Stolen Property under $5000. The police wish to thank the public for their support and the information provided with this incident.

In the early morning hours of January 1, 2014 suspects entered the Dan Snyder Memorial Arena in Elmira. Once inside the suspects caused extensive damage. A conservative estimate of the damage is over $10,000. The facility will be temporarily closed until repairs are completed. Anyone with information is asked to call investigators at 519-570-3000 extension 6399 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
