Break And Enter To Seasonal Residence

(GODERICH, ON) – On June 10, 2012 Huron OPP officers received a report of a break, enter and theft that occurred at a seasonal residence located on Elgin Avenue West in Goderich. The owners of the residence reported their cottage property was broken into sometime between October 2011 and June of 2012. Those responsible forced entry through the front door. Once inside they stole the following items:

Nikon binoculars
A black and gold “Crown Darby” circa 1960 teapot
Black and gold “Crown Darby” plates
A wooden box containing several pieces of antique silverware
A fine china salt, pepper and mustard caddy.

The value of the stolen items is believed to be around $ 3,200. LP12157860
