(ST.MARYS, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating an early morning break and enter into a St.Marys Pharmacy.
On Monday September 08, 2014, at approximately 5:30 a.m., police responded to an alarm at the Guardian Drug store on Wellington St. South. Entry was gained into the store by causing extensive damage to the front doors. Unknown suspect(s) fled the scene prior to police arrival. It is unknown at this time what has been taken.
Police are still at the scene and are continuing to investigate this incident.
The Perth County OPP is requesting anyone who may have been travelling through St.Marys and observed vehicles or persons in the area of the break-in between 5 a.m. and 5:45 a.m., to contact them immediately at 1-888-310-1122.
