On January 23, 2015, the Guelph Police went to a residence on Hales Crescent to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) entered through an unlocked front door sometime overnight. The theft of a wallet, keys and a vehicle is reported.

On January 25, 2015, the Guelph Police went to anapartment on Speedvale Avenue West to investigate a break and enter. The electrical room was entered sometime over the weekend and a theft is reported.
