Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a complaint about an unknown person attempting to enter residences on Knapp Road in Elmira during the early morning hours of November 29, 2014. One home was entered and cash was taken. Police remind all residents to ensure their homes are properly secured at all times and to report suspicious activity immediately.
