(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Listowel have arrested and charged a male for the break-in and theft from a Listowel business during the summer.
Investigation revealed that entry was gained to the restaurant/bakery Life’s a Party and food items were stolen from inside the building. The responsible person was identified and he was subsequently arrested in the City of London.
42-year-old Peter THEDORFF of London has been charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
Theft under $5.000
Break, enter a place – commit indictable offence
Fail to comply with probation order
He was released from custody on an Undertaking, and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on October, 19, 2016. There he will have to answer to the charges.
