Break And Enter In Clinton – Nicholas HALLEY Arrested Again

(CLINTON, ON) – On July 15, 2019, at approximately 2:00 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Huron County Detachment responded to the report of break and enter in progress in Clinton. A male party had fled prior to police arrival but was located quickly by officers. The male was arrested and charged.

Nicholas HALLEY, 30-years-old, of Kitchener was charged the following;

Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence

Assault

Resist Peace Officer

3 counts of Failing to Comply with Recognizance

The male was held for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Goderich on July 16, 2019 to speak to the charge.
