On August 13, 2013 at 4:30 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to a Kathleen Street apartment building to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) entered through an unlocked door in the basement to gain access to a storage unit. A storage unit door was then unhinged and a theft of an e-bike and yard tool is reported. The entry occurred sometime between August 9 and August 13.
