Break and enter – arrests

On July 22, 2014 at 11:15 a.m., the Guelph Police went to Yarmouth Street restaurant to investigate a break and enter. The culprit(s) entered sometime between July 20 at 10:00 p.m. and July 22 at 10:00 a.m. A theft from the restaurant was reported. Police investigation led to the arrest of two males and one female.

A 23-year-old Guelph male has been charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property and theft under $5,000. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing on July 23, 2014.

A 22-year-old Guelph male has been charged with break and enter and possession of stolen property. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing on July 23, 2014.

A 21-year-old Guelph female has been charged with break and enter and possession of stolen property. She will appear in court on August 22, 2014.
