Breaching Curfew Leads To Drug Charges

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) On Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at approximately 2:00 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer observed a male rollerblading on Rattenbury Street East, Central Huron. The officer stopped the male and subsequent investigation revealed him to be in breach of curfew.

The male was immediately arrested and during the arrest was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and marijuana.

Alex CLARK (23) from Central Huron, ON has been charged with: Failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking contrary to section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada and Possession of Substances included in Schedule I and Schedule II contrary to section 4(1) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

CLARK is currently in police custody with a court date to be determined. LP11316631
