A 26 year old Barrie Male known to Police for recent convictions for assault, mischief and breach of probation was observed out celebrating his birthday with friends at a Dunlop St. East licenced establishment. This male who is currently serving an intermittent sentence is bound by a probation order not to consume alcohol or enter liquor licenced premises. He was arrested by police and held for a reverse onus bail hearing charged with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Breach of probation x 3 counts.
