On Sunday January 4, 2015 just after midnight the Barrie Police Service received information that a male party that was contacting his former girlfriend despite the fact that the male was bound by conditions of two different Probation Orders not to contact the female.
Officers located the 50 year old male who was found to be intoxicated, another condition of the Probation Oder that he was found in breach of.
The male was transported the male to the station where he was held pending a bail hearing.
