Brass Knuckles Results In Weapons Charges

Around noon on the 5th of October 2015 a Waterloo Regional Police Traffic officer in an unmarked Police cruiser equipped with moving radar locked a vehicle at 155km/hr in the 70 km/hr zone on Homer Watson Blvd in Kitchener. The vehicle was stopped without incident and a 23 year old Kitchener man was arrested for stunt driving. In addition a pair of brass knuckles were found and the man also faces several criminal weapons charges including unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose, carry concealed weapon and unauthorized possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle. The man’s mustang has been seized for seven days and his driver’s license suspend for the same amount of time.
