Brantford Man Charged with Voyeurism

On February 17, 2016 the Brantford Police Service was contacted by staff at James Hillier School on Queensway to report finding a hidden camera in an employee washroom.

A hole had been made into the ceiling tile in the washroom and a camera hidden within the drop ceiling was discovered.

An image of an adult person was discovered on the camera. The Brantford Police Service has seized the camera as evidence.

Investigation led police to arrest 33 year old Brent Lawrence HACHBORN of Brantford.

HACHBORN is charged with one count of Adult Voyeurism.

HACHBORN is an employee with the Grand Erie District School Board.

Shortly before 5:00 p.m. on February 17, 2016 HACHBORN was arrested without incident. A warrant will be sought regarding access to the seized camera’s digital images. Police believe there may be more victims and are continuing their investigation.

The accused is in custody and will attend for a bail hearing tomorrow February 19, 2016
