Incident: Sometime overnight on October 25, 2015 a front glass door at a business on St Paul Avenue was smashed out and entry gained. Cash was amongst the items stolen.
Type: Disturbance
Incident: 15-36151
Location: Southglen Road
Incident: On Sunday October 25, 2015 shortly after 11:30 a.m. a 9-1-1 emergency call regarding a disturbance on South Glen Road was received. Officers arrived and began speaking to several youths at this address. While officers were investigating the matter a 42 year old man who does not reside at this address attended and began causing a disturbance by yelling at police and other persons at the home. The man was arrested and during the arrest resisted and attempted to head-butt one of the officers and threatened to kill the officer. The accused was arrested and charged with Cause a Disturbance, Uttering Threats, and Resisting Arrest. The accused was transported to the police station where he was released on a Promise to Appear in Court.

Location: Briar Park Road
Incident: On Sunday October 25, 2015 at 5:46 a.m. a 9-1-1 emergency call was received that an SUV had struck a pole on Briar Park Road. The suspect vehicle was located a short distance away. A 19 year old driver was arrested for impaired driving and transported to the police station for samples of his breath as required by law. The accused readings were two times over the legal limit and he was charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80. The accused struck a utility pole, a tree and a parked vehicle on Briar Park Road. The utility pole was knocked to the ground.
