Type: Found Property – Does the shoe fit??
Date: July 22, 2015
Location: Christ the King School – Dufferin Avenue
Incident: The Brantford Police service is asking for the public’s help with spreading the word in hopes that we may find the owner of found property.
On Wednesday July 22, 2015 shortly before 11:00 a.m. a citizen out walking her dog on the grounds at Christ the King School found an abandoned black gym bag. The citizen attended the BPS and turned in the found property. The black baseball bag had the logo ‘Blue Light Slo Pitch’ on the side and contained 2 pairs of baseball cleats and baseball equipment. The owner of one of the cleats has a very large shoe to fit! We are releasing the photo of the black Nike men’s baseball shoe in hopes that we may reunite the owner with the property. Although this type of running shoe may be very popular, it’s the size of the shoe which police are counting on to help match the true owner to his property. If you believe this to be your property and believe the shoe will fit, please contact the BPS Property Department at 519-7560113 Ext. 2217
