Date: October 26, 2016
Incident: On Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at approximately 3:45 p.m. two women, who are in a relationship, got into an argument at their residence. The argument escalated and the accused punched the victim in the face three times, knocking her to the floor. The victim told the accused to leave at which point the accused brought out a folding knife and displayed it at the victim. The victim was able to contact Community Patrol Officers for assistance and the accused left the residence. Police investigated and located the accused outside of the residence where she was arrested.
As a result, a 28 year-old Brantford woman was charged with Assault, Assault with a Weapon, and Possession of a Weapon. She was held for a bail hearing.

Date: October 26, 2016
Incident: On Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at approximately 9:30 p.m. the accused attended his brothers’ residence and engaged in a verbal argument. A female cousin of the brothers told the accused to leave as he was only there to cause problems. The accused assaulted the female cousin by striking her approximately ten times. Community Patrol Officers attended and while investigating, the brother became uncooperative and was yelling and swearing. He was directed to go back into his residence as he was causing a scene. The brother initially did, but returned outside and pulled his pants down, exposing himself to police. While this was occurring, police attempted to arrest the accused for assaulting his cousin. He resisted and assaulted two police officers.
As a result, the 31 year-old Brantford mas was arrested and charged with Assault, Assault Police x’s 2, and Breach of Probation. He was held for a bail hearing.
The 28 year-old brother was also arrested and charged with Obstruct Police and Indecent Act. He was held for a bail hearing.
