Type: Arrest – Theft
Locations: King George Road
Incident: On November 14, 2016 police around 7pm police attended to a King George Road store regarding a male and female party who had just stolen multiple items from the store. Police located the couple in the parking lot and found stolen miscellaneous items of clothing and phone. These items were valued at a total of $185.70.
As a result, 33 yr old Sarah SUTTON and 37 yr old Ryan STEPHENSON were arrested for theft under $5,0000, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
During a search police located 0.2 grams of cocaine, 0.5 grams of crystal methamphetamines, and 1.7 grams of marijuana on STEPHENSON’S person. STEPHENSON was further charged with three counts of Section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, possession of a controlled substance.
