Location: East Avenue

Details: On Tuesday January 12, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. a homeowner telephoned police to report an unknown man had attempted to break into her home by trying to open the front door. The woman opened the door and confronted the man who was standing on her front porch trying to light a cigarette. The woman told the man to get off her porch and he fled the area on foot. The man was described as being under the influence of some type of drug, was a white man, thin build with scruff on his face and wearing a black and white coat

Details: Sometime during the day on January 12, 2016 a residence on Mary Street was entered. Prescription drugs were reported stolen.
