Brandon William BLAKE – Theft, Breach

(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Wednesday evening March 04, 2015, a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was at the Walkom Value Mart in Mitchell for follow up on an investigation. While glancing in the store the officer observed a male exiting the store without making payment for merchandise. The officer ran after the male and placed him under arrest. T bone steaks and other merchandise were recovered by the officer.

The OPP has charged 23-year-old Brandon William BLAKE from the Municipality of North Perth, with “theft under $5,000.”, and “fail to comply with probation order”, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He was released on a Promise to Appear and is to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on April 13, 2015, to answer to these charges.
