(FERGUS, ON) On Wednesday April 24, 2013 at approximately 12:40pm, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed to two males that ran into traffic on St. Andrew St West in the Town of Fergus. Police spoke with the males for safety concerns and noticed the smell of burnt marijuana.
A small amount of suspected marijuana was located.
Brandon Michael PORTER aged 21 of Elora has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on June 7, 2013 to answer to the charge.
