(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) – On Friday November 9, 2012 at approximately 9:25pm members of the Mount Forest Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit were conducting R.I.D.E. checks on County Rd. 18, near Aboyne, in Centre Wellington Twp. At this time and location officers investigated the driver of a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe that came upon the checkpoint. Police spoke to the driver and discovered that he had been drinking. The driver was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Bradley Willett aged 58 of Fergus has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on November 28, 2012 to answer to the charge.
