(GODERICH, ON) – A 40 year old male is facing an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and an Over 80 charge in connection to a traffic stop for speeding. On February 21, 2013 just before 8:00 p.m. a Huron OPP officer stopped the driver of a blue Dodge Caravan on Suncoast Drive in Goderich. Upon speaking with the driver the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was administered and the driver registered a fail. He has a court appearance scheduled for April 8, 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
