Bradley O’KEEFE – Drunk Driving With No Headlights

(ST.MARYS, ON) On Monday September 02, 2013 shortly before 10 p.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a Toyota Tercel driving south bound on Water St South without its headlights on. The officer conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the male driver.

The officer detected the odour of an alcoholic beverage being emitted from the driver’s breath. The driver was subsequently administered a roadside breath test which he failed. He was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he also failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.

Bradley O’KEEFE (19) of St.Marys has been charged with”drive motor vehicle – over 80 mgs of alcohol”. He will have to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on Monday October 07, 2013 to answer to this charge. He also received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his Toyota was impounded for seven days.
