Bradley Jones – Drive While Suspended, Fail To Stop

(GODERICH, ON) On November 29, 2011 at approximately 11:30 p.m. a Huron OPP officer was on traffic patrol on Victoria Street North in Goderich. The officer observed the driver of a green Toyota Camry fail to stop for a stop sign at Anglesea Street. He was pulled over and subsequent investigation revealed the driver had a suspended driver’s licence.

As a result, Bradley JONES aged 33 from Goderich, ON was charged with Disobey Stop Sign – Fail to Stop contrary to section 136(1)(a) of the Highway Traffic Act and Driving While Under Suspension contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. JONES will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on January 3, 2012 to answer to the charges. The motor vehicle has also been impounded for 7 days.
