(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – On July 29, 2017, at approximately 2:30 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on general patrol on Richmond Street, north of the Town of Lucan.
The officer observed a vehicle weaving in its lane and initiated a traffic stop.
The officer determined that the 40-year-old male driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to an OPP detachment for breath tests.
As a result of the police investigation, Bradley CONQUERGOOD, of Lucan Biddulph, ON, has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC).
The accused’s vehicle has been seized for 7 days and his Driver’s Licence has been suspended for 90 days.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on August 28th, 2017.
