(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On May 24, 2017 at approximately 12:36 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on the Grey-Bruce Townline in the Township of Chatsworth resulting in charges against the driver and the passenger.
The driver of the vehicle, 28-year old Joseph Gordon POLLARD, was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for driving a motor vehicle with no licence and with driving a motor vehicle with no current validation permit.
The passenger, 27-year old Samantha Jamie HILLYER, was issued a Part III Summons for permitting a motor vehicle to be driven without valid insurance. She is scheduled to appear in Court in Owen Sound on July 7, 2017.
Both accused reside in South Bruce Peninsula.
The vehicle, a 2005 Dodge Caravan, was towed.
