Boss Arrested After Threatening And Forcibly Confining Employee – Name Released

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were called on September 21, 2016 at approximately 11:20 p.m. to attend Cockshutt Road in the County of Brant, after a complaint was received that an employer had threatened an employee and refused to allow him to exit the vehicle they were travelling in.

County of Brant OPP members attended the Cockshutt Road area and conducted an investigation.

As a result of the investigation 64-year-old Joseph BOSNJAK of the County of Brant has been charged with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada:

Uttering threats

Forcible confinement

He will appear in The Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges.
