The investigation into the body of a male recovered from the Westminster Ponds/Pond Mills Conservation Area is continuing. An autopsy has been completed and at this time the London Police Service, along with the Office of the Chief Coroner, can confirm that the deceased male is Adam Nigh, 19 years, of Simcoe, Ontario. The cause and manner of death remain under investigation, however no foul play is suspected in this case.

At about 1:55pm, the body of a male was recovered from the water at Westminster Ponds/Pond Mills Conservation Area. Members of the Major Crime Section are on scene to investigate the death, along with the Office of the Chief Coroner. Although the next-of-kin of the missing 19 year-old Simcoe man have been notified of the recovery, identification of the deceased has not been confirmed. Identification of the deceased, as well as efforts to determine cause and manner of death, will form part of the death investigation and additional information may be released at a later time.
