This morning at approximately 8:30am a passerby called the Owen Sound Police alerting them of a body floating in the eastside of the inner harbour. Police and the Owen Sound Fire Department attended and discovered a 62 year old male, deceased male in the water. Foul play is not suspected and no name is being released at this time as next of kin has not been notified.
