(ORILLIA, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB) have charged three people with offences following a joint investigation in eastern Ontario.
Based on information received and items seized during a traffic stop in Belleville on June 21, 2018, the OCEB Biker Enforcement Unit (BEU) sought and executed search warrants at residences in Belleville, Trenton and Frankford. During the investigation, members of the OPP Quinte West Community Street Crime Unit, the OPP East Region Emergency Response Team and the Belleville Police Service seized a quantity of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, weigh scales, a quantity of Canadian currency and colours” belonging to the Hells Angels outlaw motorcycle gang.
