On Friday June 17 th , 2016 at approximately 5:15 pm, Owen Sound Police Service responded to the report of a cyclist being stuck by a vehicle in the downtown core. The cyclist was riding his bicycle west bound through the pedestrian crossover located in the 900 block of 2 nd Avenue East when he was struck by a south bound vehicle. The cyclist was transported to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
