Police ask for community’s help to identify bicycle theft suspect
Waterloo Regional Police North Division detectives are investigating the theft of a bicycle in Uptown Waterloo and are appealing to the public for information that could help identify the suspect captured in the attached security camera image.
The locked bicycle was taken from the area of Erb St. West and Caroline St. South in Waterloo around 12:40 PM on July 22, 2013.
