(ST.MARYS, ON) The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police in St.Marys is investigating two incidents in which four bicycles were stolen from residences.
On Friday morning August 30, 2013, a resident from Glass St. reported that two adult bikes had been stolen from their garage sometime between 8 and 11 p.m. on Thursday August 29 when the garage door had inadvertently been left open. The bikes are described as Norco 18 speed Mountain bikes. One is red in colour and has a 17†female frame. The second is blue and has a 19†male frame.
On Saturday August 31, 2013, officers were called to attend at a home on Wellington St. South where the homeowner reported the theft of two bicycles. Sometime between 10 p.m. on Friday August 30, and 7 a.m. on Saturday August 31, 2013, unknown person(s) removed the bikes from outside the residence. The bicycles were described as a black BMX trick bike and a red Schwinn “Meridian†tricycle (adult).
