At Tuesday’s council meeting, Councillor Bernie Bailey repeated his
request for Reeve Neil Vincent to provide documentation that gives
Council the authority to limit” his speech. Mr. Bailey has
publicly asked several times for proof of this authority and has
still not received it.
It has been several months since Council limited Councillor Bailey’s
