(ST.MARYS, ON) On Monday July 15, 2013, shortly before 8:30 a.m., a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol in St.Marys observed a motorist fail to signal for a turn on Maxwell St. The motorist was spoken to and it was determined that he had consumed alcoholic beverages. He failed a road side breath test and was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment where he also failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Bernard AUER (52) of St.Marys has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood”. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on August 19
