On Friday November 7, 2014, police were called to a disturbance on Sprucehill Ave, Waterloo, involving two males fighting with a baseball bat. Police responded and both males, one of whom is 16 years old, were arrested for several criminal offences including possession of marijuana, trafficking, weapons offences and breach of probation. Both were taken to hospital were they were treated for non life-threatening injuries and released with court dates. A small quantity of marijuana and an edged weapon were seized by police.
