On September 28, 2012 at 2:00pm a male entered a home on Emma Street and was confronted by a resident of the house. A physical fight ensued as the resident was able to remove the man from the house and call Police. Guelph Police attended and arrested the man minutes later. The resident suffered a separated right shoulder and a possible broken clavicle and was transported to the Guelph General Hospital by ambulance to be treated.
Barry DIP 30 years of Guelph was charged with Break, Enter and Commit as well as Assault Cause bodily harm.
