BREACH OF RECOGNIZANCE & DRUG CHARGE LAID
(GODERICH, ON) – Huron OPP officers have arrested and charged a male for failing to abide by a condition of his recognizance and possessing an illegal drug. On June 12, 2012 just before 3:00 p.m. officers were speaking with a male at the Goderich OPP detachment when officers confirmed the male was failing to reside at his court approved address. He was arrested and a search incident to arrest located a small quantity of an illegal drug.
As a result, Barry CLARKE, age 44, from Goderich has been charged with Fail to Comply with Recognizance and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is currently in custody.
